REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy:

Pai World Rhythms maintains a strict no-refund policy. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

Exception In the event that the festival dates are officially changed by the organizers and the ticket holder is unable to attend the revised dates, a full refund may be requested.

To request a refund under this exception, ticket holders must contact us at hi@paiworldrhythms.com with their order number within 1 month of the official date change announcement. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

Additional Terms

Tickets are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

The festival reserves the right to refuse admission without refund.

In the rare event of complete festival cancellation, all ticket holders will receive a full refund.

By purchasing a ticket to Pai World Rhythms, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
